Meet Andre
A Neighbor First, A Servant Leader Always
Andre Stafford is truly Georgia Grown, born in Camden County, raised in Chatham County, and now proud to call Cobb County home. Like many families in House District 42, Andre has built his life here through hard work, faith, and community.
For more than a decade, Andre has worked in the service industry and currently serves as a restaurant manager, leading and mentoring a team of more than 100 employees. Every day, he works alongside people from different backgrounds, beliefs, and life experiences. That experience has shaped his view of leadership: listening first, treating people with dignity, and showing up consistently for others.
Andre’s faith is central to who he is. It guides his values, his work ethic, and his belief that leadership is not about power, but about service, responsibility, and doing what’s right even when it’s hard.
Why Andre Stepped Forward
Andre didn’t set out to be a politician. He became involved because he saw too many families struggling—and too many leaders offering the same promises without real results.
Whether talking with parents worried about rising costs, young professionals trying to get ahead, or neighbors concerned about the future of their community, Andre kept hearing a shared frustration: government feels disconnected from everyday life.
Andre believes Georgia deserves leaders who are grounded in reality, respectful of differences, and focused on practical solutions, not partisan talking points. His decision to run was shaped by prayer, conversations with neighbors, and a conviction that positive change starts with people who are willing to serve.
